Warranty covers manufacturing defects. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with warranty concerns. Please attach your original proof of purchase, along with images of the issue and a brief description for us to review. Fjällräven strives to produce high quality, functional and stylish products.
Fjällräven provides a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects, and does not included accidental damage, dirt, or fading. The warranty policy below is not valid on products purchased used from consumer driven sites.
Fjällräven has the authority to determine that if the cost of the repair exceeds a reasonable amount a replacement product will be issued in lieu of a repair. We do not perform non-warranty related repairs or alterations. If your garment has a manufacturing defect please contact email@example.com to obtain a Return Materials Authorization number. The average turnaround time for a repair is approximately three to four weeks. In order to adhere to government regulations all items are required to be cleaned prior to being returned for repair.
The following variables are considered to be manufacturing defects and are covered under the Fjällräven Limited Lifetime Warranty:
- Split seams
- Broken snaps and/or buttons
- Broken zippers
- Broken buckles
The following variables are considered accidental damage control also known as normal wear and tear and are not covered under the Fjällräven Limited Lifetime Warranty:
- Fading and/or discoloration due to improper care, waxing and/or excessive sun exposure
- Melted zippers, fabric and/or faux fur
- Rips, tears and/or cuts
- Fabric abrasion and/or fabric pilling
We only accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for any products that are in perfect new condition with their original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept returns for any used items.
We are only able to accept returns for items purchased either directly through our website, www.fjallraven.com/us, or in a Fjällräven Retail store. If you purchased through a third party retailer, please contact them directly for return information.

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN
To start your return please go to https://fjallcanada.returnly.com/. There is also a link to Returns at the bottom of the main page at https://www.fjallraven.ca/. Download and print out the pre-paid shipping label and drop your return off at your nearest Canada Post office. You will be notified once the return arrives back at our warehouse and again when the return has been processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be fully processed.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you are looking to exchange your order, you will want to place a new order on our website and we will refund your returned order once it has arrived and been processed.
To process a gift return, please contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. When contacting Customer Service, be sure to include the web order number or a copy of your gift receipt. We will generate a new return label for you to use.
*If the order is processed as a regular return, it will automatically be refunded to the original payment method.*
Orders placed on www.fjallraven.ca can be shipped to all Canadian provinces except for the Northwest Territories. We do not offer shipping outside of Canada.
All orders ship out of our warehouse in Kamloops, BC.
Orders with FedEx Home Delivery shipping may take up to 3 business days to process before shipping out. Processing time is not calculated in below shipping times.
FedEx Home Delivery: Delivers within 3-5 business days with Saturday delivery available depending on location
FedEx Express Saver: Delivers within 3 business days
FedEx 2 Day: Delivers within 2 business days
FedEx Priority Overnight: Delivers within 1 business day
Orders placed before 11am MT (Monday-Friday) with expedited shipping options will be shipped the same business day. Orders with expedited shipping placed after 12pm MT or on weekends/holidays will ship out the follow business day.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and estimated weight of the order. Orders that are over $100 (before tax and shipping) will qualify for free ground shipping. If your order is equal to $100 (before tax and shipping), you will not qualify for free shipping.
